Who processes your data

This site is run by the UAV company of the «Mad Hawks» unmanned systems battalion, 37th Separate Marine Brigade of Ukraine. For any question about your data, write to us on Instagram Direct.

What data we collect

The site itself has no forms and collects nothing about you. You can browse it entirely anonymously.

You give us data in one case only — if you choose to fill in the application form. The «Fill in the form» button takes you to an external Google Forms page.

The application form

The form asks how to address you, your phone number, city, year of birth, the role you are interested in, your current status, and briefly about your experience and skills. We need this for one purpose only: to contact you and talk about service.

The form does not ask for passport data, tax numbers, home address, health information, or anything about your family. Everything needed for enlistment is discussed later, in person.

Where it is stored: on Google servers (Google Forms and Google Sheets).
Who has access: a limited number of people responsible for recruitment.
How long we keep it: until your application has been processed, after which we delete it.
Who we share it with: nobody. We do not sell, publish or pass this data to third parties, except where the law directly requires it.

Filling in the form is voluntary. If you would rather not leave your data in a form, write to us directly on Instagram Direct.

Technical data

Like any website, our hosting automatically records technical request data: IP address, browser type, time of the request. These records are used only to operate and protect the site.

Third-party services

Google Forms — the application form runs on Google, which processes data under its own privacy policy.
Google Fonts — fonts load from Google servers, so Google sees your IP address.
Monobank — payments happen entirely on the bank's side. We never see or store your card details.
Instagram, Threads — links lead to external platforms with their own data practices.

Your rights

Under the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection» you have the right to know what data about you is being processed, and to request its correction or deletion. Write to us on Instagram Direct and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

If we add a contact form or analytics, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
